RFU North 2 East League
DRIFFIELD MATCH OFF!
Sadly, the match in RFU North 2 East League away at Driffield on 29th November 2008 has been postponed.
Last week Driffield should have entertained Gateshead in the RFU Intermediate Cup. Heavy overnight snow caused the game to be postponed. RFU regulations dictate that postponed cup games take precedence over league matches!
In the event that Driffield are beaten by Gateshead on Saturday, the league game has been re-arranged for Saturday, 13th December with a 2.15 pm kick off. But, the venue for the game will be at CARLISLE and we will go to Driffield in March 2009.
If Driffield win the cup game, then the league encounter will be further postponed until a date in January 2009.
