The AGM will be held as shown and nominations are invited for the following positions and the four vacancies on the General Committee vacated by David Atkinson, Tony Hargreaves, David Rawling and Ian Scott.
• President – John Tiffen
• Chairman – Bill Swarbrick
• Secretary – David Morton
• Treasurer – Alan Hodgson
• Captain – Steve Stamper
Nomination papers are available on the notice board in the Clubhouse or can be downloaded here. All nominations must be proposed and seconded and the form must be signed by the nominee so as to signify his / her consent to the nomination.
Completed nomination forms and / or any notice of motion should be returned to the Honorary Secretary not later than WEDNESDAY, 10th JUNE 2009.
