How to join the Carlisle RFC Cougars ladies rugby team.
Carlisle Cougars train on a Wednesday night from 7pm till 8.30 pm.
Games are on Sundays either in Carlisle or away. We travel to most away games by coach.
What you will need
For the summer -sports kit and trainers are fine, boots with metal studs are needed for wetter months.
You will also need a gum shield to play.
